Pork Loin
 oven roasted pork loin sliced and served with roasted garlic sauce

Shrimp and Scallop Putanesca
shrimp and sea scallops sauteed in olive oil with garlic, kalamata olives, roasted red pepper and capers, fiinished with a spicy marinara sauce and served over linguini

Eggplant Parmesan
fresh eggplant baked with mozzarella chesse and marinara sauce

 

Chicken Scampi
sliced breast of chicken sauteed with julienne carrots, zucchini, summer squash and red peppers, served over linguini with garlic butter

 

Top Sirloin Steak Tips
marinated in soy sauce and brown sugar, grilled and topped with roasted peppers, mushrooms and onions

   Grilled Salmon
         fresh salmon fillet grilled and finished with bearnaise sauce

 

Scrod
topped with lightly buttered crumbs

 

Seafood Casserole
shrimp, scallops and cod in a white wine butter, topped with Ritz cracker crumbs
